Thanksgiving Leftovers

The story of yesterday was football and food.  Hopefully you had the opportunity to enjoy the company of close family and friends as you shared thanks and watched the Patriots demolish the fading New York Jets.  The question now remains what to do with all of those leftovers.  You undoubtedly had your fair share of food, but if you are like our families, there is still plenty to go around.  Make sure you save any extra food, as much of the Thanksgiving meal can be saved.  Turkey, potatoes, stuffing, cranberries, gravy and even various vegetables can be cooled in your fridge, covered properly of course, and re-opened for another meal.  Heck, if you can’t seem to eat all of the leftover delicious food, invite some friends over to share a bite or two.  Enjoy the holiday season and of course, drive safe!
At Ryan, vehicles may be our profession, but people are our passion.
